About monitormypower
monitormypower helps small businesses in Pennsylvania see what their electricity and gas actually cost, and whether switching supplier would save them money.
How it works
Pennsylvania is a deregulated energy market: your utility delivers the power, but you can buy the supply from whichever licensed supplier you like. That choice is worth money, and almost nobody has the twelve months of usage data in front of them to make it well.
- We collect your bills automatically. Connect your utility account once and your billing history arrives on its own, along with smart-meter readings where your utility publishes them.
- Gas comes from bills you upload. There is no automatic feed for Pennsylvania gas, so gas sites are built from paper bills.
- Rate reviews compare against real offers. Not the teaser rates on comparison sites — Pennsylvania does not require suppliers to publish genuine commercial rates, so anything scraped from a public listing is advertising, not a quote.
